Rick Hedlund was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and raised in San Bernardino, California.  Rick is a retired fire fighter who enjoys model trains, bluegrass music and stock car racing and is a "craftsman's craftsman" (that means he's the one who makes all of our Treez!)  Rick is meticulous in his production techniques and believes in true quality over quantity.

This is Cathy Dowling.  She was born in San Bernardino, California and raised in Rialto.  A retired Escrow Officer, she moved to rural Utah in 1993 and just recently moved back "home" to San Bernardino.  She is the Chief Executive Officer/marketing specialist/tax person/developer of programs/chief cook and bottle washer for Lil' Treez (which means she does alot AND keeps these two guys in line!)  She enjoys Mexican food and oldies music,  general crafting and loves anything and everything miniature!

This is David Dowling.  He was born, raised and still lives in San Bernardino, California.  His "real" job is as an Emergency Communications Manager for the San Bernardino County Fire Department - a job he's had for 33 years.  He likes the fantasies of the palms, model trains, folk music and chicken tacos.  Dave's the one who dreamed of Lil' Treez and continues to do marketing and sales.
